Hi, I'm Jennifer and I'm your go-to grants assessor. ​
I assess grant applications, provide assessor resources and add value to the assessment process for UK funders. ​​
I have wide ranging experience in assessing and have evaluated projects from £1,000 right up to £13m, covering mental health, community development, the Arts, sustainability, rural business, social enterprise, the military and more.

I offer a high quality grants assessment service for UK based community funders.

I can help by hitting the ground running. I bring nearly ten years of experience as an Assessor, working across the UK across multiple funding programmes.
I'm also adept at using different grant management software packages and liaise compassionately with grant applicants.

All of my resources are developed from the many years of experience I've had assessing for both charitable and business grants.
I love assessing and going 'behind the scenes' of a project. There's so much more to find out when you dig a little deeper. But there are also very few resources to help assessors learn and build skills.
I want to plug that gap using the knowledge and experience I've gained from working as a freelance assessor.

As a Grants Assessor for charity and public sector funded projects, I work across the UK supporting funders to choose where best to focus their funding.
I am reliable, thorough and consistent and also super friendly! I understand how important it is to assess projects with compassion and care whilst ensuring funding is directed to the right causes for your goals.

I have extensive experience in grants assessment having worked for a multitude of funders for nearly 10 years, covering the length and breadth of the country and supporting varying needs including mental health, community development, armed forces, access to music, social enterprise, sustainability and more.
